When you set out to teach a game like Chess to a 5 or 6 year old, it could easily overwhelm the little ones trying to remember every piece, how it moves, their variations, rules and exceptions. No Stress Chess builds on the idea of using flash cards in games. Each card depicts a piece, their moves and variations. Beginners and young kids can refer to it as they learn without the stress of trying to remember too much too soon. One side of the board is printed with hints on where the pieces start, which takes out yet another thing to memorize. So all you need to learn now are the strategies. Make it fun for your kids by creating small chess problems and having them solve them by following the flash cards.
